•Oversee and manage the construction process, including coordinating and directing inhouse workers, Daily wage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
•Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
•Enforce safety regulations and building codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations
•Manage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in the project
•Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measures on site
•Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met
•Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process
•Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits
•Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
•Supervise and coordinate finishing activities on sites.
•Ensure all finishing work adheres to quality standards and project specifications.
•Make progressive and Final Work Completion Report
•Manage teams of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
•Conduct regular inspections to ensure project update and job completion in time
•Coordinate with other supervisors and project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
•Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during finishing work.
•Maintain accurate records of project progress and daily activities.
•Purchase request and manage materials required for finishing work on site.
•Qualifications in Diploma / Civil Engineering or any other related field
•0- 2 years of experience in civil construction
•Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical doents
•Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
•Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
•Travel may be required to worksites
•Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment
•Work in varying weather conditions
•Extra hours may be required when nearing the completion of a project
•Collaborative work with other professionals working on the projects
