We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for Interior fit-out and exhibition projects to join our
dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and
safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues
that may arise.
- Maintain accurate project doentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, change
orders, and other relevant records. Ensure that all doentation is up-to-date and easily
accessible.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that workmanship and materials meet
the highest standards. Conduct inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve any
deficiencies promptly.
- Supervise a team of workers, subcontractors and related stake within project bound.
- Ensure quality assurance and control of project takeaways from start to completion of project.
- Enforce site safety rules and practices within the project parameter.
- Able to read shop drawin drawings to ensure project design intent are met as per
project requirement.
Qualificati Significant experience in interior fit-out, retail, exhibition projects. Must have a valid UAE driving license
