Job Description

Reporting to the Dubai Design Week and Downtown Design Directors, the Consultant shall perform the following services unless determined otherwise at the sole discretion of the Company:
Social Media Management:
•Manage the execution of the events' social media channels and agency campaigns.
•Work with the team to create engaging content tailored to each platform's audience and features.
•Oversee the social media content calendar, creating and scheduling posts to ensure timely delivery across all platforms.
•Coordinate with wider teams and participants to collate relevant content.
•Liaise with external vendors and agencies, including digital advertising agencies, graphic designers, animators, and content makers (photograp pre-event and onsite.
•Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to participate in relevant conversations, increase engagement, and contribute to social media strategies.
•Track and report on critical issues and conversations on social media.

Digital Marketing Campaigns:
•Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive event attendance, ticket sales, and audience engagement.
•Utilize email marketing platforms to create and distribute event invitations, newsletters, and promotional materials to targeted audience segments.
•Collaborate with internal marketing to develop compelling ad creatives and copy for online advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display networks.

Community Engagement:
•Foster relationships with event audiences and industry influencers through social media engagement, direct messaging, and online community management.
•Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive brand image and customer experience.
•Identify opportunities for user-generated content and participation in social media contests, challenges, and interactive features to increase brand advocacy and engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:
•Monitor key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, using social media analytics tools and digital marketing platforms.
•Generate regular reports and analyses on the effectiveness of social media and digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization based on performance data.
•Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital advertising, implementing new strategies and tactics to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
