Role Overview
We’re looking for a Creative Social Media Designer who lives and breathes content. You’ll turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and work closely with content + AI workflows to create high-performing creatives at speed.
This is not just a design role, it’s about thinking content-first, platform-first, and audience-first.
What You’ll Do Create high-performing social media creatives directly using the Sociali.ai platform. Translate content ideas into engaging visuals quickly and consistently Collaborate with content & marketing teams to execute monthly content calendars Work with AI tools (including Sociali.ai) to generate and enhance creative outputs Maintain brand consistency across multiple clien Create motion graphics / simple animations (bonus but preferred) Stay updated with trends, memes, formats, and platform changes Optimize creatives based on performance insights (engagement, CTR, etc.) Talk to clients and understand their brand vision before bringing the
What We’re Looking For Strong portfolio of social media-first design work Proficiency in any design tool Understanding of content hooks, visual storytelling & attention economy Ability to design fast without compromising creativity Experience with AI tools (Mi journey, DALL·E, or similar) is a big plus Good understanding of copy + content strategy Good communication and understanding of nuanced creative briefs Basic video editing skills preferred
