• UAE experience is a must.
• You must be able to follow recipes for Fine Dining and American Dining Concept.
• Responsible for production and consistency of all food items in the kitchen
• Assembling and prepare ingredients for menu items.
• Work with the executive chef to produce diversified menus in accordance with the restaurant’s policy and vision.
• Plan the food design in order to create a perfect match between the dish’s aspect and its taste.
• Maintain order and discipline in the kitchen during working hours
• You must be able to manage time.
• Must join immediately.
