We are looking for an addition to our team to oversee the operations of the sports bar in the hotel.
-Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar
-Ensuring health and safety standards are met and maintained
-Handling training and scheduling of staffs a recruiting if necessary
-Supervising cash flow and related process
-Producing creative promotions and booking entertainment
-Managing f&b inventory and sales
-Handling customer concerns and complaints
-With proven experience as a bar manager or related experience
-Strong knowledge of the industry, costing and labor system
-Strong leadership skills
-Management and delegation skills
-Excellent time management and organizational skills
-Availability to work late hours, weekends, and holidays
-Is fit to work and can stand for long periods of time
-Excellent communication skills
-Currently in Dubai
