We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Spray Painter to join our small-scale manufacturing or fabrication team. The Spray Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint or coatings to a variety of materials, ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish according to company standards. This role requires hands-on experience with spray-painting tools, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.
Mix and match paints and coatings to achieve desired colors and textures.
Apply paint or coatings using spray guns or other equipment on materials such as metal, wood, plastic, or acrylic.
Inspect and touch up finished surfaces to ensure quality and consistency.
Maintain and clean spray equipment and work areas regularly.
Follow all safety guidelines regarding paint handling, ventilation, and protective equipment.
Work collaboratively with the fabrication or production team to meet project deadlines.
Maintain records of paint usage and inventory.
Should have 5 years UAE Fit out experience , candidate should be available inside the country
