•Monitor and control architectural works during the construction stage
•Ensure works are executed as per approved IFC drawings, specifications, and authority approvals
•Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and method statements
•Coordinate architectural works with Structural and MEP teams
•Review, respond to, and manage Architectural RFIs
•Provide practical site solutions while maintaining design intent
•Liaise with consultants for design clarifications and approvals when required
1. Degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering
2. Proven experience in high-rise or tower projects
3. Strong knowledge of Architectural finishes
4. Experience in construction-stage architectural control
5. UAE experience mandatory.
