As Staffing Services Specialist, the role holder shall oversee the client acquisition, and successful delivery of talent search and selection campaigns based on the clients requirements. 1. Client Servicing
Develop new business relationships, generate, and negotiate new revenue channels.
Presenting Nathan & Nathan to potential Partners through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
Proactively manage the recruitment process from requisition to placement.
Ensure contractual SLAs and KPIs are met and exceeded.
Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further doentation.
A thorough understanding of client's requirements including their Return On Investment (ROI) objectives.
Recruitment Strategy:
Proactive input toward and the implementation of the recruitment strategy
Identifying and addressing market trends and revising the strategy to suit
Proactively support all relevant parts of the business to maximize opportunities
Review of all existing systems & practices, applying best-in-class principles and driving improvements.
Talent Acquisition:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline

Requirements:
4+ years of experience in a similar role, in the staffing services industry
Should be comfortable handling clients from start to end of the project
Experience in managing a team based on KPIs with a focus on continuous improvement
Strong communication skills (oral and written) are a MUST
Knowledge and familiarity with the UAE market and clients.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
Proficient in relevant softwa such as Excel, and PowerPoint
