Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time
Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed
Set performance goals and expectations for team members, conducting regular performance evaluations
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among team members
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing improvements as necessary
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
