Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials and finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Monitor and control packaging materials, PET preforms, caps, labels, shrink films, and other consumables.
Prepare material requests and coordinate with the procurement and production departments.
Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
Ensure proper storage conditions and housekeeping within the warehouse.
Follow FI practices and company procedures.
Maintain all store doentation and reports.
Support internal and external audits.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in the bottled water or beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of raw materials, packaging materials, and inventory control systems.
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Good understanding of warehouse management practices and doentation.
Knowledge of food safety, GMP, and government regulations related to storage and handling of food products.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Willing to work in rotational shifts as per operational requirements.
