Supervisory opportunity in the restaurant field - Labor Supervisor
Our upscale restaurants in Dubai are looking for a committed and experienced Labor Supervisor to join their supervision team. If you have the ability to organize and manage a team and ensure quality of service, we invite you to take advantage of this opportunity.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Follow up the performance of waiters and chefs in the kitchen to ensure high quality service to customers.
Coordinating and directing the work team to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
Monitor the smooth and effective execution of operations.
Solving problems and reservations that arise during work.
Requirements:
Previous experience supervising workers in restaurants or the hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams.
- Strong motivation and ability to motivate the team to achieve their fullest potential.
Good knowledge of customer service best practices.
- Ability to deal with difficult situations gracefully and resolve them effectively.
