Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting, a strong understanding of hiring processes, and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Leverage multiple sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, professional networks) to build a diverse talent pipeline.
Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and cultural fit.
Candidate Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and guidance to candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and competitive salary benchmarks.
Assist in the development of interview guides and participate in interviews.
Employer Branding & Talent Pool Development:
Promote the company’s employer brand through social media, job fairs, and industry events.
Maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
Actively participate in initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Data Management & Reporting:
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
Maintain up-to-date records on candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure recruitment activities are in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and diversity and inclusion (D&I) guidelines.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a corporate or agency setting.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing.
Proven ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously while delivering high-quality candidates.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate assessment, and interview techniques.
Familiarity with HRIS and ATS tools.
Knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations.
Preferred:
Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles across different departments (e.g., IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations).
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
Own Visa in UAE
