We are looking for a competent & experienced Technical Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at work sites. As a Construction Foreman, your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate projects at worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an appropriate & efficient manner.
Construction Foreman duties and responsibilities
•Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
•Making & maintaining a team of Masons, Carpenters, Painters, Helpers and Other Site Workers
•Allocating general and daily responsibilities and resolve problems when they arise
•Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
•In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment’s, cost estimates & evaluations
•Ability to read & execute drawings, plans and blueprints
•Site supervision & fit out execution
•Liaise with clients, contractors and site team to achieve productive outcomes for the project
Construction Foreman requirements
•Proven experience as construction foreman across technical servic maintenance works
•Minimum 3 years of U experience
•Excellent knowledge of industry, construction operations, techniques, equipment’s, tools & materials
•Good time-management skills and Ability to multi-task
•Having a valid UAE driving license and familiarity with roads and routes of UAE
•Engineer or diploma in Civ trade.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to AED 5000/- per month plus Accommodation, Transportation, Visa & Insurance
Language Preferred: Excellent communication skill in Malayal, English & Arabic will be advantage
