We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and deliver exceptional technical support to hospitals, clinics, and medical universities.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the seamless performance of medical equipment and healthcare IT systems, including medical imaging software and other clinical applications.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Biomedical or Electronics Engineering, with experience in networking, IT support, and a strong understanding of healthcare technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
•Provide technical assistance for healthcare IT systems, medical imaging software, and connected medical devices.
•Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues to maintain system performance.
•Install, configure, and upgrade healthcare technologies and related equipment.
•Collaborate with healthcare providers, IT teams, and clients to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
•Conduct end-user training and prepare technical doentation, manuals, and reports.
•Support system upgrades, migrations, and ongoing maintenance activities.
•Ensure adherence to healthcare IT standards and compliance requirements (e.g., HL7).
•Maintain a customer-focused approach and deliver timely, effective solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
•Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
•Proven experience in IT support, networking, or medical equipment servicing.
