Onli support of all Wavetec Products within 30 minutes of service request.
Field Technical support (hardware and Software) and installation to clients all over UAE region within 4 hours of service request.
Providing Training to Customers after completion of installation. Collection of Configuration backups from Customers and sending to Mgr. Ops.
Collect feedback from customers about our products and follow up to ensure improved service quality
Ensure daily reporting about finished or pending tasks to reporting head or Senior CSE and logged into the ERP.
Perform the dev-ops function by testing all products that is released by QA department of Wavetec and ensure a bug free release globally regional office
Sending daily report on services crossing 4 hours to Sr. CSE with a c.c. to Asst. Mgr. Ops.
Sending weekly report (as per KPIs) for all support calls to Mgr. Operations
Sending estimates of par paper to customers, coordinate delivery, billing and recovery.
At least 1 year working experience in UAE.
UAE Driving License is a must.
Education: Bachelors in Electronics, Computer Science or relevant IT field
Good Knowledge about Networking and Hardware repair.
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Good Knowledge about troubleshooting in the windows platform
