We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Agent with a background in call centre operations to join our sales team. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales over the phone. Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, educate them on our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources to convert them into sales opportunities.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate information to customers.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and processes.
Handle objections and address customer concerns in a professional manner to overcome barriers to sale.

Previous experience in telesales or call centre environment is essential.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High degree of resilience and ability to handle rejection.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
