Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, promote our diverse product offerings, and drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
Sales Pitch: Present product benefits and address customer inquiries to close sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer records in our database.
Reporting: Provide feedback on customer interactions and sales metrics to management.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software is an advantage.
