Job Description:
We seek a friendly and motivated Textiles Retail Salesperson to join our team. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting textiles, and helping maintain an attractive and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and offer assistance in selecting textiles and fabric products.
* Understand the features and benefits of different textile products, including fabrics, upholstery, and home furnishings.
* Assist customers with their purchases, providing product information and suggesting alternatives.
* Handle transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, process payments, and issue receipts.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and displaying products attractively.
* Stay updated on current promotions, sales, and product offerings.
* Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints in a professional manner.
