Position: Travel Ticketing Staff
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 4years of experience in the travel business
- Extensive knowledge of the travel industry, including flights, accommodations, tours, and visa requirements
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficiency in using travel software and reservation systems
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with their travel needs, including flight and accommodation bookings, tour packages, and visa arrangements
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Researching and recommending travel destinations, attractions, and accommodations to clients
- Keeping up-to-date with current travel industry trends and products
- Handling any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise during the trip
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives
