Key Responsibilities:

•Issuing airline tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
•Providing tailored travel options and solutions based on client needs.
•Handling cancellations, re-bookings, and refunds.
•Delivering exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries professionally.
Requirements:
•Experience as a ticketi agent, ideally using GDS platforms.
•Knowledge of international and local travel arrangements.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
•Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
