Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Requirements:
• Engineering graduate with QS certification
• UPDA Certified (Grade B or above) – Mandatory
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Ashghal / Government project experience – Mandatory
• BOQs, variations, payments & tender doentation
• Technical & commercial tender evaluation
• Proficient in QS software
• Valid Qatar Driving licence
• Valid QID
Mechanical Engineer – Design & Supervision
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• UPDA Certified – Mandatory
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Strong experience in mechanical design & site supervision
• HVAC, plumbing & firefighting systems
• Knowledge of Qatar construction standards
• Valid QID
Architect – Design & Supervision
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• UPDA Certified – Mandatory
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Architectural design & site supervision
• Authority submissions & drawing review
• Coordination with MEP & structural teams
• Valid QID – Mandatory
Planning Engineer
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering
• 6–7 years’ experience
• Strong command of Primavera P6
• Project planning, scheduling & progress monitoring
• Team coordination skills
• Valid QID – Mandatory
Mechanical Draftsman
• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Drafting
• UPDA Certified – Mandatory
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• HVAC, plumbing & firefighting drawings
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Ashghal experience preferred
• Valid QID – Mandatory
Architectural Draftsman
• Diploma in Architectural Drafting
• UPDA Certified – Mandatory
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Architectural & shop drawings
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Qatar authority standards
• Valid QID – Mandatory
