-Provide excellent customer service
-Knowledge of pastry, bakery products, coffees, mocktails, etc.
-Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate order details to the kitchen staff as needed.
-Knowledge of POS systems.
-Maintain a neat and clean dining area.
-Up-sell any additional products when appropriate.
-Deliver checks and process bill payments.
-The ability to work on your feet for the duration of a shift.
-Should have Excellent communication skills and be presentable.
