Job Summary:
As a Wait in the UAE, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patrons of restaurants, cafes, hotels, or other dining establishments. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a memorable dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and seat guests courteously, providing menus and explaining specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.

Order Processing and Serving:
Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.

Table Maintenance:
Set up dining areas and arrange tables to accommodate reservations and walk-ins.

Billing and Payment Processing:
Present bills to customers and process payments accurately.
Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and according to restaurant procedures.

Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
