We are seeking a friendly and experienced Wait to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting guests and taking orders in a courteous and professional manner
Delivering food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
Ensuring tables are properly set and maintained
Communicating special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen
Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
Assisting with cleaning and resetting tables as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a wait in a restaurant or other hospitality setting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
