Job Overview:
ALMAHZUZ Pumps Engines Valves and Spare Parts Trading is seeking a proactive Hardware Handling Officer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving materials from suppliers, packing and sending materials to customers, and handling customer communication. Strong computer skills, and a UAE driving license are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive materials from suppliers and ensure accurate doentation.
Pack and prepare materials for shipping to customers in a timely manner.
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide assistance.
Generate quotations and invoices as required.
Maintain good communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Utilize computer skills to update inventory, track shipments, and generate reports.
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and suppliers.
UAE driving license is preferred.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Availability to work in the UAE.
