Report any suspicious activities, incidents, or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities.
Operate and maintain security equipment, including alarms, gates, and access control systems.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors or employees when needed.
Collaborate with other security personnel and team members to ensure a coordinated security approach.
Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with security standards.
Proven experience as a Watchman or in a similar security role.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
