We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team in the food industry.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within retail or F&B
* Strong experience in handling rebates, discounts, and promotional schemes
* Solid understanding of collections, credit control, and customer account reconciliation
* Experience managing high-volume transactions and dealing with retail customers
* Good knowledge of UAE market practices and customer behaviour.
* Advanced Excel skills
* Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day AR operations efficiently
* Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collections
* Reconcile customer balances and resolve discrepancies
* Manage credit limits, aging reports, and collection follow-ups
* Coordinate closely with sales and operations on pricing, discounts, and claims
* Support month-end closing activities and reporting
Preferred:
* Experience working with ERP systems
Salary: AED 7,000 – 10,000 per month
