Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various HVAC systems, including split AC units, ducted AC systems, fan coil units (FCUs), and package units. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation:
Install and commission HVAC systems, including split ACs, ducted AC systems, FCUs, and package units, in residential and commercial properties.
Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, codes, and manufacturer specifications.
Perform system testing and quality assurance checks after installation.
Maintenance:
Conduct regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment and systems, providing effective solutions.
Replace or repair defective components, such as motors, thermostats, filters, and wiring, as necessary.
Repairs:
Respond promptly to service calls for malfunctioning HVAC systems.
Identify root causes of system failures and execute repairs efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services performed, and parts used.
Customer Service:
Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues, proposed solutions, and costs associated with services.
Provide clients with advice on maintaining their HVAC systems to prevent future issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship and professional service.
