Key Responsibilities
1. Installation: Setting up new units, including indoor fan coils, outdoor condensers, and necessary copper piping and electrical wiring.
2. Preventive Maintenance: Cleaning filters, evaporator coils, and drainage pipes to ensure efficiency and prevent water leakages (a common issue in high-humidity regions).
3. Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing electrical faults, sensor failures, or motor issues.
4. Gas Charging: Identifying refrigerant leaks, repairing them, and recharging systems with the correct gas (e.g., R410A or R32).
5. Ductwork: Inspecting and cleaning air ducts to maintain air quality and airflow.
