Job Summary:
The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. They play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial information to support decision-making within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
Record and maintain financial transactions in the general ledger.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
Tax Compliance:
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
Auditing:
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.

Experience:
