As we continue to expand we are looking for a proactive and independent work oriented Assistant – Immigration and Labour.
- Demonstrates an outstanding knowledge across the company formati sector in the UAE ideally across onshore, offshore, freezones and financial zones
- Handle all labour / Immigration related queries for existing Clients.
- Assists with all client queries a issues related to immigration applications throughout the UAE
- Records and Maintains a databases of all client documents related to labour / Immigration, status of transactions including key deadlines.
- Liaises with relevant Government departments and agencies to ensure the efficient processing of applications, build relationships and ‘trouble shoot’ issues throughout the UAE
- Assists with all aspects of business licensing including but not limited to license renewals and amendments
- Have indepth knowledge of mainland labour process and requirements
- Provides an exceptionally high level of customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and on strict deadlines
- KPI is also based on generating new clients for labour and immigration
Driving license an added advantage.
