Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and talented Hair Celebrity Stylist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, creativity, excellent client service, and the ability to create high-end, celebrity-inspired hairstyles.
Key Responsibilities
Perform professional haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and finishing services.
Create modern, luxury, and celebrity-inspired hairstyles according to client preferences.
Provide professional hair consultations and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
Perform hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and other advanced hair services when required.
Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and fashion styles.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and workstation organization.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Handle VIP and high-profile clients professionally and confidentially.
Recommend suitable salon products and treatments when appropriate.
Work professionally as part of the salon team and follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience as a professional hairstylist, preferably in a luxury or high-end salon.
Strong skills in cutting, styling, blow-drying, and hair treatments.
Advanced coloring skills are an advantage.
Creative eye and excellent attention to detail.
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work with different hair types and styles.
Ability to handle VIP clients with professionalism and discretion.
Preferred
Celebrity styling experience, luxury salon experience, portfolio of previous work, and strong knowledge of international hair trends.
