Job Summary
Aluglass Facade Company LLC is looking for experienced Aluminium Fabricators to join our factory team in Umm Al Quwain. Candidates must have practical experience in the fabrication of aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls and related façade products.
Key Responsibilities
Read and understand fabrication drawings, cutting lists and job instructions.
Measure, mark and cut aluminium profiles accurately.
Perform routing, drilling, punching, milling and machining operations.
Fabricate and assemble aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, shopfronts, louvres and other products.
Install gaskets, hardware, locks, handles, rollers and accessories.
Carry out glass fixing, glazing and sealant application when required.
Check dimensions, alignment, finishing and operation of completed items.
Identify profiles and accessories required for each aluminium system.
Use fabrication machinery and hand tools safely and correctly.
Minimise material wastage and report damaged or incorrect materials.
Maintain production quality and achieve daily fabrication targets.
Protect, label and prepare completed products for delivery.
Follow factory safety, quality-control and housekeeping procedures.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum three years of aluminium fabrication experience.
UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
Practical experience with windows, doors, curtain walls and shopfront systems.
Ability to read fabrication drawings and cutting lists.
Knowledge of aluminium profiles, hardware, gaskets and accessories.
Ability to operate cutting, routing, drilling and punching machines.
Good measurement and calculation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
Physically fit and capable of handling aluminium profiles and fabricated products.
Willing to work overtime when required to meet project deadlines.
