What you’ll do:
Supervise end-to-end production and lead team workflows on the floor
Prepare structural dielines and execute sample prototypes
Manage product costing, material estimation, and quality control
Oversee machinery operations and ensure maximum workflow efficiency
Work with luxury materials, specialty finishes, and complex packaging builds
