Job Title: Architect Engineer
Job Type: Full-time
We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
•Create and develop architectural detailed designs, concepts, and plans in compliance with UAE building codes, local regulations
•Ensure cohesive and efficient design integration.
•Prepare doentation and drawings for submission to relevant authorities such as Abu Dhabi Municipality, ADM, and ensure all designs meet local planning and zoning regulations.
•Present designs, and adjust plans based on feedback.
•Preparation of tender doents
•Ensure all design and construction phases are executed in compliance
Required Experience and Qualifications Skills:
•Experience in Architecture, fresher can apply
•Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering (REQUIRED).
•Proficient in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Excellent visualization and design conceptualization skills
•Experience preparing working drawings and shop drawings
•Proven portfolio demonstrating design excellence and a range of project types
