Architect Engineer with QS Experience
Job Summary:
The Architect Engineer with Quantity Surveying experience will manage all aspects of architectural design, project planning, and cost estimation. This role requires a blend of creative design skills and technical expertise in quantity surveying to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and manage architectural designs and plans for various construction projects.
•Ability to review consultant architectural structure drawings to identify design mistakes, overestimations, or underestimations.
•Arrange online or on-site meetings with the client to explain or clarify the comments provided in the structure.
•Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine project requirements and constraints.
•Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects.
•Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
•Monitor project progress, costs, and budgets, providing regular updates and reports to the project manager.
•Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
•Provide technical support and guidance to clients & team throughout the project lifecycle.
•Conduct risk assessments and implement cost control measures to minimize financial risks.
•Perform quantity take-offs and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) for tendering and procurement. (optional)
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
•Professional certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., MRICS, CIQS) is highly desirable.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and quantity surveying.
•Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and quantity surveying software.
•Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations in the UAE.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Pay:
AED 5,000.00 – AED 6,000.00 per month
Experience:
Architect Engineer & Quantity Surveyors: 5 years (Required)

Must be Arabic & English (Read & Write)
