We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to create detailed architectural drawings and plans in line with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD software, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Responsibilities:
1. Create and modify architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
2. Collaborate with architects, and engineers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
3. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
4. Conduct site visits to gather data and measurements for design development.
5. Maintain accurate records and doentation of project specifications, designs, and plans.
- Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 Years of attested experience. (inside U.A.E preferred)
- Knowledge in Dubai Municipality rules and regulations, Dubai municipality BPS portal.
