Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced person in the field of Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and micro-controllers to join our team as a sales engineer.
A Sales Engineer, or Customer Engineer, is a sales professional who specializes in understanding all of the technical aspects of a technical product and explaining them to potential consumers. Their duties include consulting on product development, explaining product features to customers during live demonstrations.
Responsibilities for Sales Engineer
Present our products and services that would be beneficial to client business
Plan detailed presentations that show clients your product info, pricing, and benefits
Develop products or program suggestions for clients and successfully sell them
Manage billing and delivery of solid products
Follow up on solid products to ensure the customer is happy
Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities
preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations.
Ensuring that sales targets are met.
Program Arduino Boards using C++ or Raspberry Pi boards using Python to do specific functionalities,

Mandatory qualifications for Sales Engineer
- Strong knowledge and experience in Arduino.
- Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports.
- Familiarity with office software and Excel.
- Flexibility in working time, place, and environment
- Eagerly motivated to advance their knowledge and career in this field.
Additional plus qualifications (not mandatory):
- Experience in Raspberry Pi and ESP (esp8266 and esp32)
- Experience in conducting advanced projects in Arduino
- Advanced knowledge in Electronics and Communication principles
- UAE driver license and car
- Experience with machine learning, AI, and computer vision
- Fluent in Arabic and English
