Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman with a strong background in the UAE joinery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, coordinating with clients and project teams, and supporting production through accurate technical doentation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop production drawings and cutting lists based on approved designs.
Attend site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements and take measurements when required.
Coordinate with clients, designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure drawings meet project specifications.
Revise and update drawings based on client feedback and site conditions.
Prepare as-built drawings and maintain drawing records.
Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, quality requirements, and UAE industry practices.
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in joinery, fit-out, or interior works.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed shop and production drawings.
Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes and materials.
Experience attending site meetings and coordinating directly with clients.
Ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
