Responsibilities:
•Promote brand awareness and achieve target sales for the designated cosmetic brands at retail stores /kiosks.
•Must be performance driven, Drive top line sales by consistently demonstrating exceptional selling skills and aggressively fulfilling sales targets every month.
•Must be well groomed, and presentable as per guidelines provided by the brand supervisor.
•Collect and update customer database.
•Reconcile and hand over sales collections to the company on the daily basis as per accounts policy.
•Provide competitor activities with respect to promotion, offers & new product launches on regular basis.
•Beauty advisors will demonstrate makeup techniques and product knowledge that meet the client’s needs and help choose the right shades and styles.
•Explain and demonstrate the use of cosmetics through actual application
•Ensure proper cleaning, sanitizing, and hygiene at the kio.
•Proper merchandising brand presentation, organization, storing, and replenishment of stock at the kio.
•Develop a repeat-business customer base in order to regularly communicate upcoming events and new merchandise
•Sales pitch with customers at the store, Demonstrate proper use of makeup techniques and inform customers about product details, like ingredients, application method, and price.
•Advise customers on the retail price and special offers.
•Sell Cosmetics related merchandise according to customer service techniques and professional selling skills.
•Adhere to asset protection and inventory control and compliance procedures.
•Follow company policies, sales strategies, and marketing promotions implementation as per guidelines issued by the brand supervisor.
