About the Role:
Powerlink IT & Security Solutions L.L.C. is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to drive AMC sales, renewals, and customer relationship management across our ELV system integration, IT AMC services, and security infrastructure business lines. If you have a background in ELV & ICT sales and know how to close AMC renewals with confident, target-driven follow-up, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive AMC sales, AMC renewals, and structured customer follow-up
Manage inside sales activity for ELV system integration and ICT support services
Build and maintain strong customer communication and relationship management
Prepare accurate quotations and proposals
Support the sales team in identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Graduation preferred
Excellent communication skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
Experience in the ELV & ICT industry highly preferred
Experience in AMC Sales, AMC Renewals & Customer Follow-up
Excellent customer communication and relationship management skills
Experience in quotation and proposal preparation
Confident, target-oriented, self-motivated & customer-focused
