CNC Press Brake - Bending Operator
Job Profile
Operate the CNC press brake machine and support the production team by assembling, operating machinery, shearing, and bending of metal products as instructed by supervisors.
Produce a variety of parts, all of which must meet the dimensional specifications of the fabrication engineered drawings.
Select proper bending based on material thickness and type.
Set up tooling, load programs and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.
Determine if tools are undamaged and in safe condition for use
High School / Diploma /ITI
4+ years minimum experience
Solid background experience,
Knowledge of tooling and tool maintenance
Ability to distinguish material types including Aluminum, Steel and Stainless Steel, etc.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in an effective way
