Job Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector
Meet contractors, consultants, developers, and facility management companies
Promote company services and prepare quotations
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Conduct site visits and client meetings across the UAE
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / Graduate (Mandatory)
Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
2–3 years of sales experience in construction / technical services
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of UAE market
Proficient in Microsoft Office
English required; Arabic is an advantage
