Requirements:
4 to 6 years of experience AS Technical Office Engineer in construction companies within the UAE.
Previous experience in Dubai (preferred).
Experience in preparing and reviewing:
o Shop Drawings
o As-Built Drawings
Knowledge of Dubai Municipality requirements.
Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and cost estimation.
Ability to review drawings and coordinate with site and consultants.
Experience in material submittals and approvals.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowlage of Using DM , DDA ,RTA, Tarakhees System
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Office Engineer in a contracting company.
Strong experience in quantity surveying and procurement.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers.
UAE experience, especially in villa and building projects, is preferred.
