We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the Accounting and Bookkeeping services sector. The candidate should have a strong understanding of client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management within the UAE market.
Scope of Work
Business development for Accounting, Bookkeeping, VAT, and related financial services
Lead generation through tele-calling, cold calling, and warm calling
Marketing and promotion of accounting and bookkeeping services
Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Coordinating with internal accounting and operations teams
Supporting business growth strategies and market expansion
Required Skills & Knowledge
2–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in accounti or professional services
Hands-on experience with tele-calling, cold calling, and warm calling
Basic to good knowledge of UAE taxation (VAT, corporate tax – overview level)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Intern / Junior Role
We are also open to interns or junior candidates who have a basic idea of business development and are eager to explore and gain complete hands-on experience in this field.
