We’re looking for an energetic, curious person to join our team as a Business Development Representative, responsible for generating new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns. We probably want to hear from you if you’re outgoing, great with people, and have just the right amount of stubbornness.
Your role will be to identify, contact, and build relationships with potential customers, aiming to get them booked in for a product demonstration.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation, including cold calling and email campaigns, to identify potential clients who have a need for our software.
Qualify and categorize leads by assessing their interest, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
Schedule appointments and demos to present our software to potential clients and their teams.
Collaborate with other BDRs to ensure a steady flow of well-qualified leads.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points, and positioning our product as a valuable asset to their organization.

Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a BDR or similar role in the software or technology industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quot.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You have demonstrated the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
