Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious IT Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling client accounts, and promoting IT software, networking, and digital solutions.
This role demands a mix of strong communication, sales aen, and technical knowledge to meet organizational growth targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in IT software, networking, and digital services.
Conduct cold calls, client visits, and direct meetings to generate leads and close sales.
Promote and sell company products such as IT solutions, SaaS products, and networking services.
Maintain a minimum target of AED 40,000 in monthly sal generation.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
Prepare and deliver customized business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Conduct market research to identify potential sectors, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored IT solutions for client needs.
Attend IT exhibitions, networking events, and business forums to enhance brand visibility.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support and client satisfaction.
Maintain an organized CRM or client database, tracking leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on progress, pipeline status, and targets achieved.

Candidate Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
3–4 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development (UAE experience preferred).
Strong understanding of IT networks, software solutions, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation.
Proven ability in cold calling, lead generation, and closing high-value deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented with a professional approach.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online business platforms.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
