About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive offline bookings for our premium portfolio of vacation homes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong network in the travel, tourism, and corporate sectors, and a proven track record of building partnerships and generating direct B2B sales.

As our BDM, you will play a critical role in expanding our offline footprint across India by establishing and growing relationships with travel agents, relocation firms, event planners, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to increase offline bookings through travel agents, corporate clients, relocation companies, and other B2B channels.
Build and manage strong relationships with tour operators, event planners, and hospitality partners.
Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless on boarding and support for new partners.

Candidate Requirements

What We're Looking For:

4–6 years of experience in Hospitality, Vacation Rentals, or Real Estate sales.
A well-established network in the travel trade and corporate sectors within India, particularly in Mumbai and major metro cities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Comfortable working independently and managing a diverse portfolio of B2B relationships.
