We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Business Setup Consultant to support entrepreneurs and investors in successfully establishing their businesses in the UAE. The role involves providing end-to-end consultancy on company formation, licensing, visa services, and ongoing corporate support across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE business regulations, excellent sales ability, and a passion for helping clients build and grow their companies.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable setup solutions in the UAE.
Explain differences between Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore structures and advise on the best option based on activity and budget.
Guide clients through trade license applications, approvals, and company registration procedures.
Prepare and submit doentation to relevant authorities and follow up on approvals.
Assist clients with visa processing, including investor visas, employment visas, and family visas.
Coordinate corporate bank account opening and ensure smooth onboarding with banking partners.
Provide clear guidance on legal requirements, compliance, and government regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the entire setup journey.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and follow-up on company inquiries.
Deliver post-setup services such as renewals, amendments, and compliance support.
Requirements
Minimum of 1.5–3 years of experience in UAE business setup, company formation, or corporate sales.
Strong understanding of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company structures.
Knowledge of UAE visa procedures and corporate banking processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Target-driven mindset with strong sales ability.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
